Sir Robert Burbridge

Colophon

Built to its own specification, in the byre manner: the specification first, this site as one conforming implementation. Every page is legible with JavaScript switched off. Fonts, styles and images are served from here; no CDNs, no hosted font services, no analytics.

Set in Spectral and IBM Plex Sans, both under the SIL Open Font License and self-hosted. Colour, type and spacing are design tokens, and the whole set is checked against the brocade specification’s own conformance suite on every build.
